Today , Gouda bacon egg and cheese sandwich  At the sandwich at 8:30am … only me and the symptoms started within 30 mins …. Stomach immediately started hurting  and felt nauseous like whatever I just put in my body needed a way out. Started getting chills and then fever …. And felt like I was going to throw up and use the bathroom as well ( diarrhea)  eventually got home from work and had diarrhea!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Chills, Nausea, Stomach Pain
