I went here this morning and I order a chicken bacon panin. Instead of getting my Panini I got the maple chicken egg sandwich. I tried it and to my luck I end up getting Diarrhea and started to feel nausea. Next thing you know it I’m excusing my self constantly at work with diarrhea and throwing up at the same time. I fear for myself because I started to sweat. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Sweating
