- comments: observed an accumulation of white mineral build up on the inside of three compartment sink. Instructed to clean and maintain.

- comments: observed faucet at the three compartment sink continuosly leaking water. Instructed to repair and maintain. Also observed three compartment sink stoppers in disrepair and unable to completely seal drains. Instructed to repair or replace.

- comments: observed top cover of the ice machine in poor repair attached with velcro tape. Instructed to properly repair and maintain.
