Tuna Melt Triggers Illness - Subway, Richmond Texas

Got a foot long tuna melt with pepper jack. After 2 hours, I started getting severe heartburn followed by belching and diarrhea. Continued through the night. This morning, I woke up with nausea and started to dry heave along with more diarrhea. I haven’t had food poisoning in a long time but I know for a fact this is it.
