Got a foot long tuna melt with pepper jack. After 2 hours, I started getting severe heartburn followed by belching and diarrhea. Continued through the night. This morning, I woke up with nausea and started to dry heave along with more diarrhea. I haven’t had food poisoning in a long time but I know for a fact this is it. The sub tasted a bit old but I shrugged it off hoping it was just fine. I was wrong! Always trust your instincts. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Heartburn
