Suspected source: The tuna salad from.subway, or it could have been the spinach or other vegetable on salad or a sandwich I took a few bites of.

Additional information: Just that it was later in the evening and the food I ordered was all unsatisfactory and seemed stale or not well prepared and just didn't seem as fresh as it should but I gave e benefit of doubt and tried to eat it anyway. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Headache
