Food poisoning Subway restaurant 6 July 1 2024 Vomited approximately 7:15 pm Ate at approximately 10-11 am I ate Steak egg and cheese Monterey cheddar and parmesan cheese with Italian herb and cheese bread. 6 inch and lays potatoe chips. Meatball 6 inch with provolone Italian herb and cheese bread. 6 inch green peppers onions 3 oatmeal cookies and lemonade I ate there the day before that 6/30/24 a footling steak and Monterey cheddar cheese peppers onions 3 oatmeal cookies and lemonade and lays potatoe chips. That was all I ate for the whole day. Nothing happened. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
