Food Safety Report: Subway.

Had chicken teriyaki on whole wheat with spinach and chiptole southwest sauce and provolone cheese for lunch around 1PM. Felt horrible until 9PM when I finally threw up the entire sub including chunks of chicken and spinach. Haven't felt well since then, can barely eat anything without getting nauseous, it's already Monday. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
