Picked up an Italian bmt, meat and cheeses only. Within an hour sudden onset stomach pain, nausea, and vomiting/diarrhea. Symptoms lasted for 2 days. The food looked like it had sit out for to long. Veggies wilted and sketchy. Never going back again, the worst stomach illness I’ve ever had. Threw up around 15 times. 6 times in the first hour alone | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps
