Picked up an Italian bmt, meat and cheeses only. Within an hour sudden onset stomach pain, nausea, and vomiting/diarrhea. Symptoms lasted for 2 days. The food looked like it had sit out for to long. Veggies wilted and sketchy. Never going back again, the worst stomach illness…
