Spicy Italian Sub Illness - Subway, Chicago Illinois

I usually never have any issues with this and me feeling like this right after. But on Jan 3rd, 8:15 pm I ordered through the mobile app and went to go pick up my food. I ordered the spicy Italian with bacon, which I always order. I was excited to dig in once I got home and I finished pretty quickly. I ended up staying up the whole night until around 5 - 8 am or so I started to feel weak with a hurt feeling in my stomach. This was the only thing I ate the whole day, since im doing a fast, so I was worried that it could've been my water from my tap but my family members didn't have anything similar. It is currently Jan 7th, 5:30 am and im currently fighting the stomach pains again. Wish me luck. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Bile, Weakness
