Chipotle Steak and Cheese Wrap. Ordered at 11AM in Guelph. Put it in the cooler until 1 PM and ate it cool. 5PM, I couldn't stop going to the toilet. By 8PM, I had chills and every muscle in my shoulder, back, legs and arms were extremely painful. It's been 20 hours since I ate the wrap and my muscles are still aching and I have a headache and I still have diarrhea and have to run to the washroom every hour. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Headache, Chills, Body Ache
