i had a steak and provolone cheese on 9 grain wheat with spinach green bell peppers and siracha sauce. Within 2 hours i began to feel tired, very thirsty, nauseas and weak. After 4 hours i started to get diarrhea. It has been 11 hours now and i continue to have all of these problems. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness
