BMT Sandwich Illness Report - Subway,

Ordered a toasted Italian BMT with provolone, light may,mustard,spinach and 5 hours later: abdominal cramps, nausea,chills then 2 hours after diarrhea and pain,nausea remained. I called off sick to work today still feel nauseated, had to self induce vomiting, never again Sub-way. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Chills
