100 Bayshore Drive, Ottawa, K2B 8C1 Ontario, Canada

Ordered a foot long tuna and Swiss cheese on white, with green peppers, lettuce and cucumber. Also had 2 chocolate chunk cookies and a bottle of Pepsi. This was 5pm on 09/25/17. Now today, 12 hours later, experiencing stomach pain, diarrhea, nausea and vomiting. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
