Ambulance Crew Sickened - Subway, Dublin County Dublin

Working in ambulance service, got a subway about midday..by 5pm I was vomiting non stop in a hospital toilet, then had Diarrhoea.
Intense stomach cramps, chills with being hot and sweating then chills. Only thing eat yeyesterday 18/8/25 was the subway. Was a meatball sub with bacon and cheese.

I ended up having go home from work early after ambulance crew partner called dispatch to let them know I was not well at all. It was absolutely horrible feeling, we had to stand down from a call due to me being unwell. It's only thing can put it down to was the subway. Only food had the morning | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Sweating
