Food Safety Report: Subway.

Haven't been able to keep a thing down. Normally fine with subway, but for some reason this meatball footlong with everything took me out. The meat and bread came out through the rear, everything else came out up top. Haven't kept a solid thing down all day. I recommend black tea with one sugar and a wedge of lemon. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
