Steak Sub Sickens Dog - Subway, Bradner Ohio

I ate a steak and cheese sub yesterday at around 1pm, by 8pm I had bad, horrible diarrhea that is still continuing. I feed some steak to my small dog from the sandwich and she has thrown up multiple times and is still sick. WTH? I rarely eat out and thought this was the healthiest fast food choice. Never again!
The major diarrhea is subsiding after 29 hours of being sick. My dog has been throwing up, I gave her part of the sandwich. She still doesn't feel good as of now.. | Symptoms: Diarrhea
