Steak & Cheese Sub Illness - Subway, Somerville Massachusetts

I had here on 06/09 and got myself a steak & cheese sub which i always got for a while and never had a problem. later that night i started having diarrhea-nausea-vomitting-abdominal pain-chills-and fatigue. This was the only thing i had that day. the sub was pretty good but my behind was sounding like Chewbacca for 4 hours straight. After spending hours in the Emergency Room, I was told had open sores on my intestines and inflammation in my stomach. every 5 minutes i would be running to the bathroom, this lasted for 3 days. DO NOT GO TO THERE. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills, Fatigue, Stomach Pain
