This is not an incident of food poisoning, but an incident of lack of food safety: The afternoon of May 12, I went to the hereon Washu's campus (I'm not sure what the name of the building is, but it's the same building as the bookstore.) The woman at the front register told another employee to change the trash. He started doing it and then she took over, taking the old bag out, putting a new one in, and immediately returning to handling people's food (taking the assembled sandwiches and wrapping them, handling the baked items directly) without washing her hands. (She was not wearing gloves, either).
