Myself and a friend both got violent food poisoning from eating subs with mayonnaise and lettuce on April 29 around 1:00pm. I had a meatball and he had sweet onion chicken teriyaki. Not sure if it was poor handling or tainted ingredients. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
