Tuna Spoilage Suspected Illness - Subway, Rubery England

I brought a Tuna & double cheese six inch yesterday around 7pm. Yesterday it happened to be one of the hottest days of the year, and the subway shop was extremely warm inside. I'm assuming the tuna had been left out all day in the tub in the warm weather, it Didn't taste the best and was very sloppy but I just thought they put too much mayo in or something. Around 11pm I started feeling very sick then about 4am the tummy cramps and diarrhoea kicked in. Since then I've had constant cramps/feeling sick/diarrhoea also a fever, feeling very weak etc. I've spoken to the Dr on the phone and she confirmed it was food poisioning. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Weakness
