I have had this happen more than once I always get the spicy Italian sandwhich with lettuce tomatoes olives pickles and honey mustard
And I have gotten sick before but I just thought it was a coincidence
This time was so bad I was puking and had diarrhea extremely bad for about 8 hours and I are the sandwhich yesterday day at about 630 | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
