I got a black forest ham sub with onions, lettuce, and ceasar dressing and my sister got a bmt with lettuce and onions. Within 45 minutes of the first bite we both had diarrhea and nausea. 3 hours later it's continuing and I now have a fever as well. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever
