On 5/18 at approx 12:15pm I ate at Subway location. I ate a 6inch roast beef sandwich with veggies / mayo / sweet onion. I went back to work and immediately my stomach was upset. I went to the bathroom stomach cramping and stayed in the bathroom for over an hour vomiting and with diarrhea. I left work sick and came home but the nausea and diarrhea has not stopped. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
