Steak Flatbread Illness - Subway, Wareham Massachusetts

Went to Wal-Mart where there is a Subway inside the store. I had a steak and cheese on a flatbread. While I was eating it, there was a funny taste, but it wasn't a "gone bad" taste, I thought it was the flatbread, as I have never had it before. This was the only thing I ate on this day. By the way, the sandwich only had steak, cheese, and flatbread.....no veggies at all. I was only at Wal-Mart for about 20 minutes, then went directly home. Within about 1 to 2 hours of eating, my stomach was in severe pain, and I had sudden onset of vomiting. I have not vomited in years! This was omg projectile vomiting....had a bucket because I could not make it to the bathroom. I would say that I vomited at least 10 to 15 times. I was so thirsty, every time I took a few sips of water, that would come right back up. Also, before the vomiting started, I had shaking chills and a severe headache.......I still have the headache and it has been about 12 hours since I last vomited. My stomach still hurts, I don't know how long this will last. I will be calling my Doctor in the morning. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Chills, Shaking
