Philly sub, After eating from subway I got sick and It was the only thing I ate after a long day. I was vomiting repeatedly and had diarrhea at the same time. I have had stomach pains and a headache that kept me up all night vomiting with diarrhea. I am thinking of going to the doctor. I have not been able to eat and the smell of food makes me nauseated. I will not be eating subways ever again. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Stomach Pain
