My son and I both ate Steak & Cheese sandwich with lettuce and chipotle sauce for lunch on Sunday, July 29th 2018. This was around 1:30pm. By time we got back to my brother in laws home around 6pm, my son began vomiting. Around 8pm, I began. Over the next 16 hours, we vomited a combined 18 times along with diarrhea. We ended up in a clinic to get nausea meds and IVs as we were severely dehydrated. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
