I ate subway’s chicken bacon ranch spinach wrap yesterday afternoon around 1230pm. I felt fine that day but the next morning around 6 am I kept waking up with this feeling in my belly and a headache. So around 730 I had to run to the bathroom because I had diarrhea and was extremely nauseous. I stayed in the bathroom 30 to 45. After all that I spent the day sleeping because my back pain, headache. And nausea was to much for me to bare. I tried eating fruits and drinking drinks with electrolytes but I felt like I had to force myself to eat and drink. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
