SUBWAY®: Severe Food Poisoning - Subway, Pacific Missouri

Not sure what did it specifically but this place was overall gross and didn't appear to be looked after or clean at all. I got an Italian bmt with basically all veggies, mustard, oil and vinegar, salt and pepper. Almost immediately afterwards got bubble guts then that night woke feeling like I was being stabbed in the stomach. Going on my third day of feeling like death, diarrhea, vomit, unbearable migraine, worst I've ever felt in my life. I hope being lazy was worth making me so damn sick. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Migraine
