Italian Sub Triggers Illness - Subway, Fredericksburg Virginia

I had the Italian BMT sub and a few hours later my stomach started hurting like cramps and i felt like i need to throw up. Every since about 3am my stomach has been cramping and i have been to the bathroom with diarrhea and have alot of gas. Ive ate some crackers trying to soothe the cramos but nothing has worked. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Gas, Cramps
