On Dec. 9, 2018 at 4:00pm I ordered the promotional sandwich, garlic bread and Spicy Italian, no produce. At 6:30 pm I started to get a bad headache and some confusion. I began having diarrhea and nausea at about 2am, then throughout the night, and morning.
