Meatball Sub Illness Report - Subway, Ottawa Ontario

Violent Diaarhea and vomitting 15 hours after eating a foot long meatball and bacon toasted sub with tomato, cucumber, onions and green peppers being the only toppings. Sub was ordered/eaten Friday May 31 about 6pm and the effects of the food poisoning made their presence known starting about 9:15am Saturday June 1st. The vomitting continued until 11:45am and the diaarhea until about 7 pm. I lost 7 pounds over the course of the symptoms. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
