Footlong Steak & Cheese on 02/05 2:25 pm. I was there when the sub was prepared. For one Sub, the last steak in the pan was used. Fresh set of steak was used for the 2nd sandwich. Two of us who shared the first sandwich had heavy vomiting, diarrhea and nausea. Daughter had to take break from school today and I had to take off from work today. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
