I ate y’all’s sandwich it was a spicy Italian with lettuce pickles tomatoes and cheese when I ate I was ok a couple hours later I puked blood and I was ok then I finished my sandwich the next day and now I have diarrhea and I haven’t ate nothing but that sandwich y’all’s food is really good but y’all need to make sure the food is even edible because I keep hearing story’s about y’all getting people sick I was also puking up blood and I had to get my blood work done there was also really bad stomach cramps this is day 2 of it | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Other
