Piedmont Al 2 people 1 adult 1 child both eat a small piece of same sub was only two sick had sever vomiting nausea fever adult had diarrhea had to get iv fluids for child I noticed there lettuce was brown looking and there mayo was almost out and what was left was watery looking only two people sick out of 5 people in house | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever
