I went to eat subway on Monday, January 30th, 2017 around 2pm and I ordered the Italian sub with mayo. I did not eat anything else after that. At 9pm I started to throw up and have diaherria at the same same till 5am in the morning. I made an appointment and saw my doctor and was diagnose during with food poisoning and dehydration. I had to get an IV in because my fluids we so low. I also had to take off two days of work per doctor because my stomach was not agreeing with me. Subway is horrible and I hope they get shut down. Today is January 2nd, 2017 and my first day back to work | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration
