Purchased 9:45 am, ate 11:30, vomiting uncontrollably by 3:30. Taken to Loma Linda Murrieta ER by 6 pm. I believe it was from the spinach in the chicken wrap I ate 1/2 of for lunch. Contents:tortilla, plain chicken strips, spinach, olives, sweet peppers, and chipotle sauce. I didn’t stop vomiting until the last piece of spinach was out of my system!! Almost 1:30 am!! | Symptoms: Vomiting
