I ordered a steak and cheese 12 inch sandwich. The woman opened up the box with the steak inside to find like yellow bits in it however she just took it out and served my steak in my hearty Italian bun like it was nothing. So at that point I thought, oh it must be nothing then. I’m very hungry as well so seeing those yellow bits didn’t bother me. Ate ate ate. 30mins after got home. Head pounding, stomach Aching. Went straight to my room to sleep for 2 or 3 hours as that’s how long it normally takes to go but no. I wake up with a migraine and even worse stomach ache. This lasted from 6pm to 11am in the morning when my headache settled down, however my stomach is still aching and I’m having diarrhoea for the last 2 days!!! My stomach aches as I type this? | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Stomach Pain, Migraine
