- comments: live multi generational roaches observed on premises, 6 baby roaches crawling underneath front service counter by slurpee machine. 2 large roaches crawling underneath cutting board at front prep area. 1 large live roach at interior of non used cooler in rear. Dead roaches noted in dry storage containers and can opener holder. Instd to remove all live and dead roaches, roach activity/feces, clean and sanitize all affected areas and have updated pest control service receipt.
