The sushi chef that handled my raw seafood in Sushi Den restaurant did not wear gloves and handled pens and paper with orders along with raw fish, never washed his hands. I was so badly poisoned, I almost died. I was out in induced coma and charged $21,000 in the hospital. Dirty hands of a sushi chef in Sushi Den gave me the worst day of my life, pain that made me think I would die and they did not even blink. A violation of a health code, and they did not blink about it. Lied to me and to the insurance adjustor. The old seaweed was so rotten that I vomited 17 times stuff that smelled like rotten eggs.
