Stopped in for a quick bite on Friday, July 13, at 2:30 p.m. Ordered calimari appetizer. Found it to be inedible and tough, so I did not finish. My friend ate even less off her plate than I did. The next day, approximately 28 hours later, sudden nausea, sweating, abdominal pain. This was followed by severe diarrhea that eventually became blooody diarrhea that finally ceased after 18 hours. The incident left me weak and exhausted. Since this happened over the weekend, I decided to wait out the symptoms until Monday. Although I did consider going to urgent care, I was in no condition to do so. Two of us had the calamari and were gripped by diarrhea. The 3rd person in our party, who did not have it, was fine. I had water with my meal; my friend had a diet Coke. The dipping sauce was soy sauce. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Other, Weakness, Stomach Pain, Sweating
