On Tuesday, October 19th I took my friend out to lunch in celebration of her birthday. We both ordered the Cesar Chicken Salad with a side of bread. We both had a glass of Chardonnay and for dessert we had the marionberry cheesecake. I asked the server how they were holding up staff wise with the pandemic and she said it was better, they had hired a new Chef. I started feeling nauseas the following evening. I was vomiting, had diarrhea, chills and fever. This continued through the night, the following day my fever had gone down but I was still had loosestools, stomach cramps, felt weak and tired and when not in the bathroom was in bed the rest of the
time. I did not have the energy to drive myself to the hospital but will
be contacting my Dr. next week so that blood work can be done. My
girlfriend was ill as well and was taken to the ER. I thought I'd bring this to your attention so that it can be
looked into. I would not one others to have this experience. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Weakness
