Last night from a purchase made at Taco Bell 1239 N Road Street in Elizabeth City, NC. I made the purchase at 5:53 pm. Mexican Pizza. I could not even finish mine before I started to feel sick. Threw what I did not eat away. Starting getting sick while eating. Could not finish the Mexican Pizza. Started vomiting within an hour to hour and a half and my daughter shortly after. | Symptoms: Vomiting

I ordered taco taco Bell in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, and the quesadilla I ordered may have made me throw up. That was the only thing I ate today. I also had a Baja blast with that and the nacho cheese sauce, which could be the culprit
