My son and I both ate Taco Bell Wednesday night roughly at 7 p.m. at 3 a.m. within minutes of each other we were up vomiting and diarrhea soon followed my son was so bad with the vomiting that it was non-stop for about 5 hours and he ended up going to the hospital yesterday for rehydration and pain medication for his headache we both have headaches till today is Saturday we're still not well but feeling much better we had very we had very come food together it was my son said when he was eating the cheese and Fries that it didn't taste like it should and I didn't know the difference it was the first time I was eating it I did not eat all of my food because something did taste off with all of it so I'm really not sure but by the way this is the only food my son consumed during this day and I had a Greek salad earlier in the morning earlier in the afternoon for lunch at work I have missed 2 days of work with this my son has missed two days of work with this and I feel that it's necessary to report it as I said my son did have to go to the hospital thank you. I did not need to go to the hospital because I did not consume as much as food as he did thank you | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
