I ordered the chipotle ranch grilled chicken taco. I was vomiting, had diarrhea and extreme nausea and cramps all night and day. Had to call off work because of it  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps

I went to Taco Bell at around 8 a.m. and got a shredded chicken burrito and a chicken quesadilla and by 10 o'clock I was feeling like throwing up and using the bathroom I couldn't sleep that night I keep waking up every couple of hours to throw up  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
