On January 25th I was hospitalized with food poisoning and dehydration after eating at taco bell and ordering a #10 (cheesey goordita crunch with 2 soft tacos). I very rarely eat fast food and didnt eat anything that day out of the ordinary or that would cause me to get sick. Breakfast was a protein shake which I have been using for over a year, lunch was a small salad and apple, on my way home from work I decided to grab some taco bell for dinner since I had a long day and didn't want to cook when I got home. I was fine up until 2am when I woke up and could not stop vommitting. I became so weak and lethargic. Anything I ate or drank I would vomit back up. I finally drove myself to the er and was diagnosed with food poisoning. The food I received was very sloppily thrown together which is understandable since its fast food but the cheesey goordita crunch I received was soggy, over filled with baja sauce and hardly any meat or lettuce. I probably shouldn't have eaten it but I was so hungry I did anyways which resulted in a visit to the er :( | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration, Weakness
