Sunday evening, 4:30pm I ordered a Nacho Gordita Crunch, Doritos Locos Taco, Cinnabon Bites, Chicken Quesadilla, and Nacho Fries for my husband and I. I ate the Nacho Gordita Crunch and Doritos Locos Taco. About 5hrs later I began getting stomach cramps. I went to bed. I woke up at 5am and started vomiting up the beef and taco sauce, all day I continued to vomit until about noon. I ran a fever of 101, and also had diarrhea 3x. It is Tuesday now, and I still have a headache and stomach pain from sore muscles from all the vomiting I did yesterday. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
