I ate 2 of the tacos, meat, cheese, lettuce, taco shell. In ten minutes I got dizzy then started to faint, lost control of muscles for a moment, was fighting not to faint, shaking, throwing up, sweating profusely, weak, could not even think about getting out of chair, had to have someone stabilize me. This went on violently for approx 30 minutes. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Dizziness, Sweating, Other, Weakness, Shaking
