Chalupa Box Illness Report - Taco Bell, San Antonio Texas

I ate on Friday, August 23, 2019. I ordered my food through the drive thru at 4:11pm. I ordered a chalupa cravings box with sour cream added to the taco and a cherry sunset frozen drink. I got home around 4:40pm and ate my food and almost immediately began experiencing stomach cramps. I took a nap and woke up a few hours later to vomitting and diarrhea. The next morning, I am still experiencing stomach cramps. I called the restaurant and the manager that I spoke with told me that they hadn't received any other complaints yesterday and that they check their temps. Basically, there wasn't anything else that they could do. I know this was the cause of the poisoning because it was the only thing that I ate yesterday. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
