I ordered a double steak grilled cheese burrito and nacho fries through door dash. After consumption, about 30 minutes later, my stomach started to become painfully upset. Then it increased into vomiting, then diarrhea. It’s now almost 1am, about 6 hours later and I’m still in excruciating pain and vomiting. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
